3/4 stick Organic Valley butter, unsalted
2 cups onions, diced
2 cups celery, diced
1/4 cup sage, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1 cup Made in Nature organic dried apricots, chopped
1 cup Made in Nature organic dried figs, chopped

Lay the turkey breast on a counter top covered in plastic wrap and with a meat mallet, pound turkey until desired thickness. Set aside or in fridge.

Butter an 11” x 7” glass baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt the butter over medium heat in a large sauté pan. Add onions, celery, sage, figs and apricots. Cook until tender, about 6 minutes.

Place sautéed items in a large mixing bowl. Add the stuffing mixture and the broth, mix well. Place in baking dish, cover and bake for 40 minutes. Remove and let cool.

Take the turkey out and lay flat on counter top. Place the stuffing on the first 2/3 of the bird closets to you.

Roll turkey until all the stuffing is hidden, fold ends in and tie with butcher’s twine.

Place roulade in the oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.

Remove, let cool 30 minutes, slice and enjoy!
